I tried to use the tweaking glitch to catch Darkrai. Everything went right: No BSoD, no Blackout, no bullshit. I was taking the 64000 steps West to FM and NM Islands and I suddenly found a Fake Sinnoh that had Route 217 and Snowpoint City, so I headed west, because it was logical to find the islands there. And I found them, the FS ones, obviously. So I headed North for the Real Sinnoh. About at 60000 steps I found a Route 201, but it was a FS-like one, with Jubi music. I decided to head to Canavale City to then head to FM and then to NM. On the path there I found a lot of abyss, including: Ravaged Path, Battle Tower, MZ, Jubilife, Canavale's Pokémon Center, and many others I don't remember. I finally got to FM, so I headed East to NM. I found it. It was Jubilife City, with the normal music for that city and all of that. I placed myself on the rectangle that has this lighter-color grass, on the border that touches the sand. I used the Explorer Kit with Y without opening the menu and I saved. I got the blue screen of the communication error and all of that. I pressed A, loaded my file and guess what? My game freezes. I had to freaking reset my game. I never opened the menu after I was doing the first 64000 steps West, and before that I only opened it when the directions said so. I used the slowbike method to generate the abyss. It was the one that looked like Route 203. What on Earth went wrong?

"No BSoD"
And then you exactly described the condition that is defined as BSoD
You didn't BSoD test is what went wrong. Don't use the explorer kit to save, that has been a thing we've told people not to do since like 2009

What's wrong with the Explorer Kit? Why is it so glitchy?

BSoD is defined as when you save and reset and the screen is black and the game freezes
You can't just "get one on the way", if your screen goes black on the way it's just a blackout and can be easily fixed by opening an interface and closing it again.
I don't know the exact reasons for not using EK any more - personally I got Shaymin on both mine and a friend's games with EK-saving and no BSoD test, but that's because it was in 2008 and no one knew any better. You should always BSoD test though, and it's generally accepted that using EK to save is a bad idea. It was originally only used for the ability to save in MZ's for exploration pruposes. If I remember correctly, the reason you shouldn't use EK is because it can, on occasion, trigger a BSoD even after passing the BSoD test, whereas saving normally won't.
If you don't know what a BSoD test is, you literally just open any interface (Bag, Pokédex, Pokémon menu, et cetera) and then close it again. If your game doesn't freeze, you're fine to save. If it does freeze, well, good job you didn't save.

I still don't get the part of "EK was used to save in MZs". EK never worked in MZ except in Japanese version, where the Start menu also works and you can save manually. And the Start menu don't even reloads the graphics.

I thought the original purpose of the EK was to save in areas where the start menu could not be opened. Then people eventually realized that if you can't open the start menu you probably shouldn't be saving there.

I already said open an interface, not the start menu. I even gave some examples

I can't think of any place that the Start menu can't be opened but EK can be used. Blackouts?
